Responsible for coordinating Council Meetings.
Representative for South Edmonton Minor Softball at the Edmonton
Youth Softball Association (EYSA). |
| Vice President: |
Responsible to cover for the President in his or her absence. |
| Secretary: |
Responsible for the minutes of our Council Meetings. |
| Treasurer: |
Responsible for maintaining the books and submitting Financial Reports
at Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings. |
| Registrar: |
Responsible for our data base of all registered players.
Ensure that Coaches have completed the required registration paperwork.
Submit registered teams in accordance with the procedures of EYSA
Create mailing labels for distribution of Information to Parents and Players. |
| Commissioner: |
Responsible for dispute resolution and the EYSA Handbook. |
| Equipment Manager: |
Responsible for maintaining our Uniforms and Equipment.
Schedules distribution and coordinates the returns. Recommends to Council and arranges the approved purchase. |
| Scheduler: |
Responsible for Scheduling games for Inter zone Categories.
Ensure Diamonds are booked with the City of Edmonton Parks
and Recreation Department. Responsible for informing City Wide
Scheduler of registered Teams and Diamonds to be used. |
| Public Relations Manager: |
Responsible for Advertising and Promotion. |
| Medals/Trophies Coordinator: |
Responsible for ordering of Zone and Tournament Medals.
Coordinates the distribution of Zone Medals.
Responsible for presentations of Medals at Tournament and Cities. |
| Fundraising Coordinator: |
Responsible for Coordinating Fund Raising Events. |
| EYSA Rep: |
We are entitled to have three Voting Members at EYSA Meetings.
Responsible to attend EYSA Meetings, representing the Zone and reporting to Council. |
| Umpire Director: |
Position appointed to us by the Edmonton Minor Softball Umpires
Association (EMSUA) and is a Member of our Council responsible
for keeping us informed about Umpires. Responsible for Scheduling
Umpires for League Play.

Ensure Teams are attempting to play all games. Assist with makeup games.
Report year end results to Zone President for forwarding to City Championships. |

Responsible for Coordinating the arrangements of a Camp and Coaching Staff for the Camp. |
